ENAP's membership consists of premier independent LBM dealers stretching from the East Coast to the Rockies. Our corporate philosophy includes a strong emphasis on face-to-face contact with our stockholders and their staff to better understand each company’s market conditions and individual operational needs. 

We are governed by the Board of Directors consisting of stockholders, elected by their peers. The board is assisted by several committees also comprised of dealers’ representatives and led by a chairman. These committees are; the Executive Committee, the Forest Products Committee, the Audit Committee, and the National Accounts Committee. We encourage active participation from our members on our committees and board. We also welcome informal and periodic communication with our executive management.
