ENAP's membership consists of premier independent LBM dealers stretching from the East Coast to the Midwest, South and Southwest. Our corporate philosophy includes a strong emphasis on face-to-face contact with our stockholders and their staff to better understand each company’s market conditions and individual operational needs. 

We are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of stockholders elected by their peers. The Board is assisted by several committees also comprised of dealer representatives and led by a chairman. These committees are: Executive Committee, Forest Products Committee, Audit Committee, National Accounts Committee and Kitchen & Bath Committee. We encourage active participation from our members. We welcome informal and periodic communication with our executive management.
